Sometimes, the smallest lights leave the biggest impact. Benny was a bright and joyful child whose life touched so many. His community in Delaware County began lighting their homes blue in his honor in 2024, a tradition that brought comfort and connection to his loved ones.

Every year, we conduct two companywide fundraisers, give each employee one paid day to improve our communities, and support over 50 individuals and their families through our Rate Foundation.
